For teachers & students, TeamTime is free. We typically require signing up through an .edu email account, or through a verifiable educational institution account.
For non-profits, we give a 32% discount ($17/month or $170/year, vs the normal $25/$250). We typically ask for 501(c)(3) paperwork from US-based companies and some similar proof from non-US ones.
To receive one of the discounts:
Step 1: Sign up for TeamTime using the Free Unlimited Trial.
Step 2: Email us at hello@trackteamtime.com requesting one of the discounts and attaching some basic proof that you are either a teacher or a student (.edu email account or email account at a verifiable educational institution) or a non-profit (email account at a verifiable non-profit).
Please also provide the following information as part of your email in order to facilitate the application process:
• organization/company name
• address
• contact phone number
• contact email address
• org/company website URL
• any documents/links that would simplify educational/non-profit verification (like 501(c)(3) paperwork for US-based non-profits)
As soon as we review the request, we will apply the discount and send you a discounted invoice (unless free).
